It has been designed to accomplish positioning tasks as quickly and simply as possible. The SINAMICS S110 servo drive includes integrated positioning functions for servo as well as induction motors. As a modular single-axis drive, it covers a wide power range from 0.12 kW to 90kW in a compact design.

The built-in positioner provides 16 traversing task or position following capabilities for integration with a higher-level controller.
